busy weekend

It's been such a busy weekend, but it's also been so much fun.  Friday I had to do work for my internship.  We went in at one not knowing our tasks.  It turns out that we had to take 40,000 Sports Illustrated magazines and put them on ALL of the seats in the lower bowl of the stadium and the loge section.  It took us seven hours!!  We all were exhausted since it was probably 100+ degrees out, but we got a nice little reward last night for our hard work.  


Saturday was GAME DAY!  So we all got there at one and did our stuff, and we actually got to watch the last half of the game for once!! Unfortunately, Oregon beat us, but it was such an exciting game!  Before the Allstate halftime promo, I got to be at the south endzone on the field, and ASU made two touchdowns right in front of me!  It was amazing.  Even though it was a late night, yesterday was probably my favorite part of this internship experience with ISP Sports.  

Today I woke up and had to go to work, but it was sooo slow because of Sunday football.  Brooke and I got cut at 12:30, and our nice manager even bought us food since we didn't make any money.  Since we got out early, we got to go to the last Diamondbacks game of the season with Olivia!!  It was so much fun, and the Diamondbacks beat the Dodgers!! :)  Afterwards we celebrated the win with Los Compadres (Old Los), our fave mexican food joint.  It's been an amazing weekend.  Super busy, but I got a lot of work done, and still got to spend time with the ones I love.
